What comes first: the Product or the Customers? (You can’t have one without the other!)
a). Customer - how do you know anyone wants to buy it? Introducing the concept of "willingness to pay" and how to measure this. Market research facilitates valuable discovery of both product and customer, and is well worth your time!
b). Product - have you piloted and proven an MVVVP? (Launching a minimum viable, valuable, validated product). A discussion of costs and sourcing, logistics and profit margin.
c). Market - the "who" is identifying your customer, the "what" is fine-tuning your product; but how and where will you sell? How will your product be accessible? How will you manage your sales channels? Customer acquisition? Data points? All of this and more will be discussed at this workshop!
