Bar Operator Needed at Downtown Bazaar

280 sq. ft. fully functional bar with equipment, draft beer taps and keg tapping system. The Bazaar is a 9,000 sq. ft. space where 4 retail businesses and 5 restaurants are incubated under WEDI's Economic Development program. Visitors will be able to take-out or dine-in at a 60+ person seating area.
We are excited to offer this perfect opportunity for an already operational brewery or bar that wants a high-visibility presence in downtown Buffalo (617 Main Street) and to share our space and support small business entrepreneurship. The Downtown Bazaar will draw thousands of customers seeking the unique foods they craved and found at the former West Side Bazaar, before it burned and closed in September 2022. Opening imminently, this opportunity must be acted on quickly.
Contact Mike Moretti at mmoretti@wedibuffalo.org to schedule a viewing or attend one of our open houses on Friday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 8 from 12 PM to 4 PM
